The same topics are given to different classmate groups with 10 years’ intervals between. This eases the work of selection of who to send by the diocesan teams. It also ensures that at every reasonable interval of time every priest receive a chance for personal renewal. Three categories receive special consideration in the sense that they are special years of celebration: namely silver jubilee, ruby jubilee, and golden jubilee. Thus, for 2023 we have five classmate groups: Priests at 5, Priests at 15, Priests at 25, Priests at 40 and Priests at 50.
The same course content and the same course duration is planned for each classmates’ category. The variation is in the dates each group attends, and the approach of the facilitators, according to classmates’ category. Celebration years are given greater time for rest, and every day classes end at 1.00 pm. Here is the Suggested Course content for 2023 for each of the

Exceptions in course content will be made on the 9th day where each classmates’ set will have a course tailored to the length of service in the ministry. Thus, different topics according to class will be as follows:
